I have worked in libraries since 2005 in a variety of roles.

Modernity has a lot of convenient solutions to problems that aren’t real. I typically choose the harder way of doing things. I bbq on a smoker, make pasta sauce and bread the old way. By hand. It takes forever. Sometimes I get burned.

Outside of the office you can find me jogging, yelling in frustration as I try to remember linux commands, holding down a stool at the pub, or discussing the finer points of Minecraft with my nephews and nieces.
